Our sunny, spacious and
beautifully appointed kitchen was built
to meet all commercial food prep codes..
We keep it very clean and well organized.
You will have access to our Large Double
Door refrigerator and Single Door freezer
unit.
Large 6 Burner range, with griddle and two
standard ovens.
Microwave, commercial
Dishwasher, 3 Compartment stainless sink
( with prewash)
Hand wash station and Loads of Granite prep/serve
counter space.
You will also have access
to our cleaning supplies, pots, pans,
baking trays, various utensils, cooling
racks, and certain food processing appliances.
Your water, electrical,
and gas usage are included in your hourly
rental fees.
While you will be responsible for cleaning
up after yourself when you are finished
with your food prep activities, we have
made it easy for you to return our space
to it’s spotless condition by designing
our kitchen with careful intent towards
ease of maintenance. Our floors can be hosed
clean and squeeged dry!
We require cash cleaning
and security deposits, and a list of all
personnel when you sign our rental contract.
Current, valid ID’s and Temporary food
Service permits are required if serving
the Public.
If event is private, NO Food service permit
is required.
Outside
Area ...
The Outside area has
a large lap pool and hot tub (Spring of
2008) with terrace/sunbathing around the
pool area.
The property is fenced and gated and offers
total privacy with 1,000's of plants in
the garden areas along with numerous fruit
trees.
There is a BBQarea (Spring of 2008) along
with Fire Pit (Spring 2008) and planted
pergola.
Additional Bench seating is located in the
Garden area.
Currently under construction is a picturesque
Fountain
