Lets Cook Pasta • February 20th
Spaghetti Carbonara, Fettucine Alfredo, Crab Canneloni
and Penne with Prawns and Gorgonzola
Learn how to prepare each of these dishes.

French Bistro Menu • February 28th
French Onion Soup, Salad Niciose, and Apple Tart Tatin
Flavorful french food that is easy to make.

Spanish Food from Valencia • March 6
Seafood Paella, Pomegrante and Avocado Salad
and a wonderful dessert - Orange Flan

"Yoga in the Afternoon" Clubhouse
Every Thursday classes
12:45 until 2:15pm
$35 per month and $10 a single class drop-in

Mexican Cooking Class was held on December 8 th. This class was open to the public.

All who attended had a great time and learned some wonderful recipes and techniques.

Below is menu that was presented...

Menu:
Salad of jicama,orange and watercress with pomegranate seeds.
Turkey Breast with Mole Poblano
Pumpkin-apple Bread Pudding with Anch-cranberry honey and dulce de leche ice cream.

Cost: was $75.00,which included Lunch and beverages, as well as recipes, techniques & Knowledge.
