Mexican Cooking Class was held on December
8 th. This class was open to the public.
All who attended had a great time and
learned some wonderful recipes and techniques.

Menu:
Salad of jicama,orange and watercress with pomegranate seeds.
Turkey Breast with Mole Poblano
Pumpkin-apple Bread Pudding with Anch-cranberry honey and
dulce de leche ice cream.
Cost: was $75.00,which included Lunch
