It also backs up to the Olympic Discovery trail for those early morning walks Further amenities include: Single car Garage with opener The Kitchen has Cherry Cabinets, Granite countertops with backsplash, cork flooring, double offset sink and overhead recessed lighting. Appliances include propane cooktop with downdraft, dishwasher and disposal. Baths have Cherry vanity with sink, granite top, 6 inch tiled floors with in-floor heat. Air tub with tiled shower and overhead recessed lighting. The Bedrooms all have wall-wall carpet. The home is set up with Cable TV and High speed wireless internet. Attitude of this home is combined with a warm and inviting tone that will make you want to return year after year.

Booking Policies:
A $30 processing fee is required on each reservation. A deposit of either $150.00 or $200.00 (depends on the property),is due within 2 weeks of booking, unless arrival date is within 7 days, then payment in full is due at booking. Your deposit will pay towards your balance due. You will be required to provide a credit card , at check in, for any additional charges that may arise.(damage,additional unreported guests or excessive cleaning charges).The cleaning charge is determined by property and # of bedrooms used and is charged as an extra, payable along with rent balance due prior to or at check-in. The tax rate is 10%, if less then 30 days. Over 30 days no tax, and is charged on rent and extras. No refunds will be given for early departure or fewer guests after the home is occupied.

 

Cancellation Policies:

Cancellation fee is $100.00. Refunds of the balance of deposit will be made with at least a 30 DAY NOTICE PRIOR to check in. SORRY- No refunds can be made if cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Pets: On pet friendly homes, there is an additional $25 cleaning fee, and a $10 nightly rate fee. Several local pet kennels are in town for your convenience.
